What is the location of Art Store Malta?
We are currently an ‘online only’ store. However if you wish to collect your order in person you can do so from reception at the Canter Business Centre, Patri Felicjan Bilocca Street, Marsa, MRS 1524, Malta. Collection times are 9am-4.30pm on weekdays only.
What are your opening hours?
We are currently an ‘online only’ store, so you can shop whenever you like.
How do I order?
Visit the Art Store Malta website and find the items you want. You can either use the search function, shop by brand or browse by category. Add your items to the shopping cart, then when you have finished, click on the shopping cart icon (top right) and proceed to the checkout. Ensure all information is correct before confirming your order and making payment.
Do I need to register for an account in order to shop with you?
No, you can place an order as a guest. However we recommend registering an account with Art Store Malta because it makes life easier. For instance you can place future orders without having to re-enter your details and you can review your order history. Registering for an account gives you other benefits too, since you will automatically become a member of our loyalty program ‘Member Rewards’.
How do I pay for my order?
You will be prompted to enter your card details at the checkout. Please note that your order is not completed until you have paid in full.
How will I know if my order is confirmed?
After completing payment you will receive an email confirming your order.
Is there a fee for delivery?
Not if you reach the minimum order threshold. For free delivery the minimum order value is €40 for mainland Malta and €50 for Gozo. If your order value is below the minimum order threshold (€40 for Malta, €50 for Gozo) a delivery charge of €5 will automatically be added to your order at checkout. For more information click here.
How can I track my delivery?
As soon as your delivery is dispatched you will receive an email with a link enabling you to track the progress of your delivery.
Can I collect my items instead of having them delivered?
Yes, you can collect your items from the Canter Business Centre in Marsa. More information here.
There is a problem with my order, what should I do?
Please contact us at email@example.com and we will do everything we can to resolve it. Please note that this email inbox is manned between the hours of 9am and 4.30pm on weekdays, with the exception of public holidays.
I have purchased the wrong item, what can I do?
How do I create an account to become a member?
Click on the login icon at the top right of the Art Store Malta website, click ‘Sign up’ and fill in your details. You will need to verify your email address so look out for the email you will receive following sign up.
I placed an order, does this automatically sign me up to the Art Store Malta mailing list?
No. You can opt in to sign up to our mailing list using the tick-box you see when registering an account. If you missed this chance to sign up to the mailing list, there is a sign up form at the bottom of the Art Store Malta website home page. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Do you have a loyalty program?
Yes, if you register an account with Art Store Malta you automatically join our ‘Member Rewards’ program. For details of how to earn points and other rewards visit our Members page.
How do I earn points in your loyalty program?
Provided you have registered for an account, you will automatically earn points when you place an order. As points accrue you will accumulate credit against future purchases. For details of points and other rewards visit our Members page. You can also earn points in other ways. For details click on the blue ‘Member rewards’ gift icon to open your Rewards panel, then click ‘Ways to earn’.
To redeem your credit, you will need to generate a discount code by clicking on the blue ‘Member rewards’ gift icon to open your Rewards panel. Go to ‘Ways to redeem’, and depending on how many points you have, you can redeem all of them or leave some for your next purchase.
I have a discount code, how can I use it?
Click on the cart icon at the top right of the Art Store Malta website and click ‘View cart’. Under the list of products in your cart, click ‘Enter a promo code’. After clicking on ‘Apply’ you should see the reduced price.
I haven’t received my order in the indicated time frame. What should I do?
Please allow three working days for deliveries. You can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have concerns about your delivery.
